The Saem Iceland Hydrating Toner

This moisturizing toner refreshes and hydrates the skin with the pure, energizing moisture of 5% Icelandic mineral water, which is rich in nutrients to deeply hydrate and refresh the skin. The toner features a moisturizing, non-sticky formula that provides abundant moisture to dry skin while gently exfoliating dead skin cells, leaving the skin smoother and more radiant. Enriched with Pseudoalteromonas fermented extract and Icelandic moss extract, it offers additional hydration while soothing and calming the skin for a soft, refreshed feel.

Directions: After washing your face, apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad or your hand and spread along the skin texture from the inside to the outside of the face and allow to absorb.
