1. Sales Associate

 

We hope you:

  • Love anime and have an interest in anime merchandise
  • Have good communication skills and can provide excellent customer service
  • Understand or are willing to learn social media marketing, such as TikTok and Instagram operations
  • Proficiency in Finnish and English is preferred

2. Store Manager

 

We hope you:

  • Have retail management experience (experience in collectible toys, anime merchandise, or gaming industry is preferred)
  • Understand the Finnish retail market and have experience in sales management or inventory optimization
  • Have team management skills and can lead a team to achieve sales targets
  • Possess some data analysis and marketing planning abilities

3. Designer

 

We hope you:

  • Are proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, and ZBrush
  • Have an interest in anime culture and collectible toy design, and can create products that align with market trends
  • Have experience in product packaging, illustration, or prototype design for figurines (preferred)
  • Keep up with trends in collectible toys and the anime subculture market, providing innovative design concepts
