Orders over € 60 will be delivered free of charge to delivery to the Post machine or pick-up point!

We do not make deliveries from our online store to Åland. 

We strive to deliver the ordered products to the customer as quickly as possible.  If some of the products in the order are out of stock, we will send the products in stock and notify the customer by e-mail of the delivery status of the missing products.

Shipping costs will be calculated upon weight and size at check out.

Tracking information is included with all standard shipments with the exception of letter mail packages.

Processing Times

We are committed to shipping out your orders as soon as possible.  You will be notified of additional processing time, normally it takes 1-2 business days.

Posti Delivery Times

Pick-up from the parcel machine € 4.90

  • Pick up the products you have ordered from the Posti parcel machine of your choice. You will receive a text message about the incoming transmission. See the nearest parcel machine . The shelf life of the packages is 7 days.
  • If the parcel exceeds the dimensions suitable for the parcel machine or the parcel machine is full, the parcel will be directed to the nearest Posti pick-up point. Maximum dimensions of the package 60 cm x 36 cm x 60 cm, maximum weight 24 kg.
  • Orders over 60 € without delivery costs.

Pickup from your own or selected Post or Post Pickup Point € 4.90

  • Pick up the products you ordered from the Mail pick-up point of your choice. You will receive a text message about the incoming transmission. See the nearest pick-up point.
  • Orders over 60 € without delivery costs.

Mail home delivery € 7.90

  • The post office agrees with you on the delivery time.
  • The delivery time of the postal home delivery package varies by postcode. Check the delivery times with the Posti delivery time inquiry.
  • Orders over 60 € with delivery costs 3.9 €.

    We usually delivers within 1-2 business days. 

    Although we try our best to ship your items out as soon as possible, the delivery times may vary depending on a number of factors:

    • Shipping company's processing times
    • Custom examination in the destination country
    • Delays due to weather conditions, holidays, unexpected events

    For a more accurate delivery times, please refer to the post-purchase email that will include tracking number for your order. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team and we will be happy to assist you. If the tracking number is absent from your confirmation email, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.
